Available 1st February to 13th November

Exclusive Hire of Ferrymead Events Centre for private functions such as birthdays, anniversaries, 21st , engagement, family or other celebrations. All prices are subject to change at management’s discretion.
CLEANING FEE - $100.00
Flat rate for functions that necessitate us clearing/cleaning up afterwards including decorations, organize/storing host and/or guest belongings until next day pickup, and anything else which generally allows the hosts to not have to worry about anything except having a good time
BIRTHDAY PARTY CELEBRATIONS - Minimum spend $4,450
FOR ALL EVENING BOOKINGS FROM 7:00PM – 12:30AM
(unless other arrangements agreed to - earlier set up can be prearranged)

Includes $850 exclusive hire of entire venue (i.e. Marquee, Bar, Restaurant) paid on confirmation of booking

$3,500 minimum Bar spend (there is no BYO option permitted under our license). This is to be paid in advance with any difference to be refunded after the event or the next day.

Decorations- you’re welcome to arrange and set up your own decor

Use of our sound system or arrange a live band or DJ

Bar - all beverages - alcoholic or non alcoholic - must be supplied by us as we are a fully licensed venue i.e. there is no BYO option permitted. Duty Manager and bar staff provided
21ST BIRTHDAY PARTY CELEBRATIONS - Additional Requirements

$500 initial security bond is payable at the time of booking and all monies are payable on invoice prior to the event date, with any bar tabs and/or balance of beverage accounts, paid on the night. The security bond is intended simply to cover any unreasonable damage to the inside or outside of the venue, toilets, carpark and grounds of Ferrymead Golf, including clean-up of vomit, bottles, rubbish etc. It will be applied to the final account after the event or refunded provided no additional charges/damage etc have been incurred

A Parent or approved supervising Family Member must remain present throughout the function

Bar Tab
​
A credit card is provided and the bar tab limit can be open or set at a predetermined amount. The tab is to be paid at the end of the day/night by the card holder.

You may choose to cover a certain amount of beverages consumed, example $500. Once the limit is reached the guests will then start to pay for their own beverages.
Bar Menu
Simply advise us of any beverages that you are particularly fond of and would like to see stocked. Whether it’s a favourite wine or beer - we want to ensure it’s available to you if at all possible.
Examples of Bar Menus
Basic Options - all tap beer (excluding premiums), all house wines, and basic bar spirits
Open Bar - all beers, including premium and bottled, all wines on offer, with choice of premium spirits.
